Bring the whole family! This beautifully appointed, clean, and inviting Banana Bay townhome is 2,170 square feet and has living areas both upstairs and downstairs so guests have plenty of room to stretch out. It is an expansive retreat offering a private inlet and a large white sandy beach for every type of vacationer to enjoy. Sunbathe and watch Perdido's boating community meander past or discover their fishing honey hole and catch dinner. It is also a great place to launch your kayak if you want to explore the shoreline or go visit the small islands. This is a gated community for peace of mind. There are safe sidewalks for bicycling or walking down to the public access on the Gulf of Mexico. You can enjoy the beach there or you might want to visit the nearby National Seashore Park with 8 miles of undeveloped squeaky white beaches and sparkling emerald-colored water that stretches out to an endless horizon. Read, relax, or watch a movie on your 55" tv. You can send the kids or teens upstairs to do the same in their comfy living room. How does a cookout or a shrimp boil sound? Perdido Key has great seafood markets close by and grocery shopping is just across the bridge. The on-site fitness center, sauna, and steam room invite you to reset and restore.

This two-story townhome sleeps up to 10 guests with 2 Master Suites - one upstairs and one downstairs. There is a Queen sized bed in the sleeping nook upstairs off the upstairs living room. Find full over full bunk beds that sleep 4. The serene master suite on the second floor is furnished with a king-size bed. This bedroom has a 42” flat-screen tv and the en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom is outfitted with a gorgeous walk-in shower. The Downstairs Master Suite has a comfy queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The third guest room features a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is also accessible from the common area.

Property was excellent, exactly as described. Loved the seclusion and quietness of the property and the private beach. My only complaint is got up after arriving very late to fix coffee (brought our own coffee, which i knew we needed to do) but there were no coffee filters for the coffee pot. i would have at least thought they would provide at least a few for this. just made my morning not start off right. But all in all our 4 days there were great. KH

This house had everything we needed for a week long stay. We were able to sit and have dinner as a group as well as cook dinner as a family. We had plenty of space wether it was inside, outside, upstairs or down. We loved this place.

This property was almost perfect. Across the street from the pool, 2 min walk to the private inlet beach, & lots of space in the condo for all 8 of us to spread out & relax. We will be coming back to this location. Everyone in our family had a blast & all of us said it was a great condo. There was so much to do in the area we didn't get it all done.

We enjoyed our home away from home stay!!!Condo was as pictures shown, lots of space and rooms, which was perfect for our extended family trip!!!! Located close to the beach!!! Lots of amazing restaurants near by!!!! Perdido Key Resort Management answered promptly and was very helpful and quick to resolves any issues!!! Thanks again we enjoyed our trip and looked forward to coming again soon!!!

Condo was good, had very few dishes to cook with , or enjoy a full dinner .. cleaning when we checked in was ok .. not great !! Neighbors were all nice and did enjoy the stay ! Had to go buy cookware !!!

We enjoyed our stay here with 2 children, 2 older teens, and 2 adults. Plenty of room for all and 3 showers is a plus! We enjoyed the water access on the intercoastal, and our favorite Johnson Beach was a quick 5-minute drive. Communication was friendly and efficient, and after-hours check-in was seamless. Relaxing week!

My family and I never stay at the same home twice but this one we would! Location and community is a perfect relaxation spot and short drive to the night life which I personally enjoyed! Plenty of room on the rental so my family of 6 would not be on top of each other actually more maybe 8 or 9 could fit plenty of beds to spare. Freebies offered were a huge plus with my family as well. Oh no need to bring anything for the beach as the closet downstairs has everything needed for the kids. If I'm not mistaken there is an umbrella, googles, floats etc. We had our own coolers due to having a diabetic son so I didn't check for a cooler. We did spend time at the private beach, pool and gym and just meeting the locals who live there (great people!)Great place you will not be disappointed at the Banana house!
